Separate forms are required for each service, as the permissions that you give for each are different. This is why we ask you to fill in another form if you are adding a second service. Our online booking system will offer you a Medical registration form only.
ONLINE COUNSELLING SESSIONS
You will need a phone, computer or laptop with camera, microphone and speaker.
Our Guideline for online counselling sessions will step you through setting up and preparing for a session. The counsellor will send you a Zoom invitation by email, to join the session online. You do not need to have a membership yourself or to have any special program. If the counsellor is using our in-house video program, you will also receive an email link with the instructions to connect.
